This MVP program has helped my athleticism as well as my coordination and balance. I have been training In this program since mid December and have noticed significant increase in my ability to react defensively as well as my speed in jumping from my approach while hitting. I have gained 4 inches on my vertical since beginning this program and feel hang time while in the air. If nothing else you should sign up for this program to help yourself to be a well-rounded athlete and also learn good workout techniques to prevent injury and strengthen every facet of your body. Though the sessions may seem short at 30 minutes per session there is no doubt you will come out feeling thoroughly worked out from this high speed, intense, athletic improvement program.

I started MVP training in January 2014. After 4 months, my jump is noticeably higher and I am hitting more balls straight down. My jump has improved, but so has my coordination, balance, and overall athletic ability. In my last tournament, I was still jumping as high on day 3 as my endurance has greatly improved as well.
I am doing things I never dreamed I would do. It is hard work, but fun. I love testing my limits and this has truly gotten me to the next level! My game is at all-time high and I can't wait to continue to improve!

Over the past few months, I have really enjoyed being able to be apart of the Jump Training program. It has pushed me to new limits and has made me a better player both physically and mentally. During our jump training sessions we usually work with 2-3 other people, ensuring one on one attention. We work on all the components of volleyball; balance, agility, explosive power, speed, and endurance. Doing this program has helped me reach the next level in competitive volleyball, and I hope that by continuing it I will keep improving!

I have been working with the MVP Jump Like an Olympian program for the past year. I went in wanting to increase my vertical, which I have done by over 4 inches, but I have also benefited in many other ways. The specific techniques taught directly translates to the skills that are needed on the court. Not only has my vertical increased, but I am quicker and have more explosive power than every before. My stamina and endurance have strengthened so I am able to contribute to a competitive 5 game match without feeling fatigue or winded. This training has been the best decision my family and I have made in taking my game to the next level.

I've done the MVP program with Ruth Nelson over two years and I've noticed a measurable improvement in not only my vertical jump (+ 3") but overall leg and single leg bounding strength! The MVP program is a great way to strengthen my explosiveness without impact or strain on my knees.
I would definitely recommend MVP training for all athletes and for those that want to push their vertical to new heights.

The MVP jump like an Olympian program has helped my all-around game. I have participated in the program for 12 sessions this summer and already I have seen huge improvements. Not only has my vertical jump increased by 3” but it has made my approach more explosive, helped my speed in transitioning and back row skills. I have improved my jumping technique and my stamina on the court has increased immensely. I can’t wait to continue to improve and work hard.

The MVP program has helped my vertical (+2), my balance, and my coordination. I have been doing MVP since February! It has helped me be more explosive as well as my defense, I have been able to get lower and stay balance. It is a great 30 minute intense workout! I recommend this to anyone who wants to work hard and see huge improvements on their athleticism.

Post knee surgery I had a 12 inch vertical. Jumping on the MVP not only helped increase my vertical 15 inches, but it also helped me rehabilitate my knees. The machine is easy on the joints; because of this, I was able to lift heavy weight without putting to much pressure on my knees. Overall, I give the MVP two thumbs up!!

I started MVP training with only a few months until I had to report to college for my freshman year, and it increased my athleticism, balance, coordination, and overall work ethic as well tremendously. It didn't just increase my vertical jump, but also it got me way more in shape. MVP also increased my explosiveness and stability. This all directly relates to myself as an athlete now and how I am now able to stay balanced and move on the court more efficiently in all aspects. I would recommend this program to every single athlete out there that wants to work hard and see results. This will improve all areas of your game, no matter what it is.
